Talk about some cheesy shells and cheese.  I love macaroni and cheese.  It’s one of my comfort foods I turned to when I’m either stressed or feeling sick.  I also like a variety of mac and cheeses.  This one here was inspired by some I had at Saltgrass Steakhouse.  It’s not a duplicate of it, just inspired by it.  If you haven’t had a chance to try their mac and cheese, you should order next time you’re there if you have one close by.

All you need for this is some shells (you can use macaroni noodles instead), queso blanco cheese and a little bit of whipping cream.  Once the water starts boiling, it will take about 12 minutes to cook the noodles.  Then mix up the cheese and cream.  Add the noodles back in and you got yourself an awesome creamy cheesy side dish.
