My daughter and I were going through all the wonderful ways to make nachos differently. And we came up with some good ones, so keep your eyes peeled.  For now, I’ll share with you these….Sloppy Joe Nachos.  I can’t have these, so they were completely for my daughter.  I wish I could.  Pooh.

Talk about simple.  Make your sloppy joes however you like.  I cheated as usual and went with the Manwich can added to my browned ground beef.  Then spooned a butt load on top of some Tositos.  Topping it off with some shredded cheese.  Awesome, right?  In less than 30 minutes, you can have this.

Eat these Sloppy Joe Nachos for a snack, lunch or even dinner.  Sarah had hers for dinner.  She actually couldn’t finish the plate, only ate half.  In my recipe below, I say this makes 2 servings, when in fact, it probably makes 4. Or, you could share with your significant other.  Aww…wouldn’t that be cute?  I guess I wanted them so bad I was filling the plate as if I would be chowing down on them. Ooops.

Top these off with some peppers if you want a little kick to it.  I know several people that will probably do just that.

How will you eat yours?

Rock on!

About Bobbi

I love to cook and create dishes. I get inspired by other dishes and think of what I can do to make it different. You'll find that I like to keep my posts brief so you can see what you came to see....the recipe. I don't like looking for hard to find ingredients, so most of what you need to make my dishes are common ingredients. I take shortcuts most of the time but you will still find "from scratch" recipes here. I'm like pretty much everyone else and have time constraints here and there. But it's all still yummy in the end!!! My favorite foods are peanut butter, bananas, pumpkin and white chocolate. In other words, you will probably see more desserts than anything else.
