Instructions
  1. Pour cheddar cheese soup in a small bowl.
  2. Cut up roast beef and mix in with the cheddar cheese soup.
  3. Preheat a half and half mixture of vegetable oil and olive oil in a skillet on medium high heat.
  4. Lay out one egg roll wrapper. Add a heaping spoon of roast beef/cheddar in the lower center.
  5. Roll up halfway.
  6. Fold in the sides and finish rolling up the rest of the way.
  7. Repeat until all of the egg rolls are wrapped.
  8. Place the egg rolls in the preheated oil. Fry for 2 minutes.
  9. Flip and cook the other side an additional 2 minutes.
  10. Place on paper towels to drain. Let cool 10 minutes before serving.
