Have you ever made your corn in the cob in the oven?  Me neither.  I usually boil it or grill it.  This time though, I thought I would try it in the oven.  AND….I tried some ranch dressing mix sprinkled over it.  Yup..it turned out yummy as I suspected.

Even though this takes a while to cook, but that’s to be expected with corn on the cob.  It only takes 5 minutes to prep. This Ranch Style Corn on the Cob would be a perfect side dish to any meal that may take you awhile to make.  While you’re cooking your main dish, this could be going in the oven.

Plus, what’s better as a side dish in the summer, than corn on the cob?  Corn on the cob goes with soooo much, especially those cookouts you’ll be having this summer.

All you need is the corn on the cob, some cooking or butter spray and one packet of Ranch Dressing Mix.

What side dish do you eat with your BBQs or summer cookouts?

Rock on!
