Loaded Tater Tots

These are a quick and easy snack to make, or if you’re like me and can’t eat a huge portion of food at one time, makes for a perfect meal. I was stuffed after eating these. All you need to do is heat up some frozen tater tots, fry up some bacon and top with your favorite toppings. Wham, Bam, Thank Ya Ma’am.
I mean seriously, does that not look scrumdillicious? And the bacon, oh my, I love bacon if you didn’t already know that about me and it takes all my might (sometimes I have none) to not eat the bacon before using it in the recipe.
Are you getting up right now to see if you have all the ingredients in your kitchen? If you can’t tell, besides the tater tots and bacon, I added a combo of shredded cheddar and swiss cheeses, a couple tablespoons of sour cream, and green onions.
This is totally customizable and you can leave out some of the ingredients, substitute them or add some more. Whatever floats your boat.
The recipe below is for 2 people (servings). Just change the amount of servings to adjust the amount of ingredients you’ll need if you will be making for more than 2.
