Loaded Hash Brown Scramble

This is a perfect weekend morning breakfast. Takes a little time, but so totally worth it.  I mean, just look at it.  It is loaded with hash browns, bacon, sausage, onion and topped with shredded swiss cheese. Uh…yum!

This serves 4. You could always double this and serve a bigger crowd. Talk about a great brunch recipe too.  Serve it with biscuits & fruit.

As I mentioned, I used swiss cheese.  If you don’t like swiss cheese you can substitute for whatever cheese you like. Or, cut the cheese (ha) all together. You could also substitute the meat if you like.  I know my oldest daughter would.  She doesn’t eat pork, so she would go with the turkey bacon and turkey sausage.
