  1. Preheat oil to medium – medium high heat.
  2. Mix flour and seasonings.
  3. Rinse pork chops with water. Then drag through the flour mixture.
  4. Place pork chop in preheated oil. Cook 5-6 minutes, then flip.
  5. Cook an additional 4-5 minutes on the flip side.
  6. Place on paper towels or rack to drain.
