Just Peachy NO BAKE Cheesecake. A creamy and delicious peach cheesecake that requires no heating up the kitchen.
Graham Cracker, Crushed
Pkg (8 oz)
Cream Cheese, Softened
Can (21 oz)
Peach Pie Filling
Box (3.3 oz)
Cool Whip, thawed
Mix the graham crackers, melted butter and 1/4 cup of the sugar in a medium size bowl.
Press all but 1/4 cup of the graham cracker mixture in the bottom of a spring form pan, or a deep pie dish.
Beat cream cheese and remaining sugar with a mixer or in a stand mixer.
Add in the instant jello mix. Blend.
Add in the peach pie filling and blend well.
Fold in cool whip.
Spoon the cream cheese mixture over the crust.
Refrigerate 4 hours to overnight. Remove from the refrigerator and remove the outer ring if you used the spring form pan.
Garnish with slices of peaches, if desired. Sprinkle the remaining graham cracker mix over the top.
