It’s still summer and NO BAKE desserts are my preferences. No need to heat up my house more than necessary. Heck, my air is running overtime with these 100° days. ;(
I made this one by request and for someone very special to me. You know who you are. Since I had not made a peach cheesecake yet, worked out perfectly. And, I will say it was a great choice….this was another AWESOME cheesecake. I’m becoming a pro at NO BAKE cheesecake if I say so myself.
The crust is made from graham crackers. All you’ll need for that is the crushed graham crackers, melted butter and some sugar. For the filling, you’ll need cream cheese, peach pie filling, instant peach jello mix and some cool whip mostly.
It only took me 20 minutes to put it all together. I always choose to set the cheesecake overnight, but you could do the minimum time at 4 hours.
