Deviled Egg Pasta Salad
Hey, can you tell the pasta is shaped like Breast Cancer Ribbons? See the picture below and you’ll see. Every year my oldest sister sends me a special package on my Breast Cancer Survivor Anniversary. It’s like Christmas. This pasta was one of the items she sent me. She loads a box full of Breast Cancer stuff and pink stuff. I feel so blessed to have her acknowledge my special date. She’s pretty cool, no matter what I may say sometimes. Love ya Michelle!
I’m sorry to say that I’m not sure where she got it. But I’m keeping my eyes open this month since that’s when most of the Breast Cancer stuff is out.
This recipe does NOT require the special ribbons to make. Best to use elbow macaroni in my opinion, but use whatever you want. It’s pretty darn easy to make and tastes great if you like pasta and deviled eggs.
Pasta Salad is a great side dish to quite a few meals. It’s served cold. If you’re taking this to a get together, make it ahead of time to give it time to chill. I have a thermal bag I use to take food when we’re going to others and I have to bring a dish. I have several now, one for cold and one for warm food if I’m taking both.
I use to hate cold pasta salad. Since I grew up some, I like it. Do you like cold pasta salad?
