Cheesy Green Beans is a simple way to change up your boring vegetable AND get your kid to eat them.  I used to do this when my kids were younger.  A couple of them hated eating green beans (still do), but if I loaded them with cheese, it was a whole nuther story. You could serve these with just about any meal.

This is no fancy schmancy recipe. Just an idea for you to use to either change it up or to get those picky eaters to get some much needed vegetables in their belly. Just drain the green beans, add some butter and cheese and heat up anyway you like. If you haven’t tried this yet, I bet you will score some points with your kids.

And, hey, this isn’t just for the kids.  I still love eating these.  I had them with my Crispy Parmesan Crusted Turkey Strips. I would sop up the cheese with my turkey and HOLY COW did that taste good.

Who do you think would love this more, You or the kids? 😉

Rock on!
