Bacon Cheeseburger Egg Rolls
These are by far my fav. If I said that on my last Egg Roll recipe, I take it back. These are the bomb! I told you I was going to go crazy making them now. And talk about easy. These are easy.
I only used ground beef, some velveeta and bacon! Yup yup…that’s it. You could add more to it if you wanted to…or less, if you don’t like cheese or bacon. But you do, right? You could also use turkey bacon if you don’t eat pork. There is no excuse not to make these. I mean really.
Now, if these don’t tickle your fancy, you can always try the Ranch Chicken Egg Rolls or the Ground Chicken Egg Rolls. The Ground Chicken Egg Rolls are more on the traditional side of what an egg roll tastes like.
Like the others, I will tell you just how great Egg Rolls are for finger foods to have at parties or any type of get together. Or, perfect appetizers to your meal. I have been keeping them around for a quick snack. Did you know that each egg roll wrap only has 12 carbs? Yup. You can find them in the produce section at most grocery stores.
This recipe will be shorter than the other, I’m starting off assuming you can mix those 3 ingredients without a tutorial. Sometimes I think I go too far on my tutorials.
