Apple NO BAKE Cheesecake

Imagine Apple Pie getting married to Cheesecake and having a baby.  This is it!  This turned out AH-mazing! I made this for our Labor Day get together.  It was perfect.  I made it the day before our get together and didn’t have to worry about it the day of.  I was making too many other things, so this was a life saver and the end of an awesome food day!

Did you notice it was NO BAKE?  Even better considering it’s still hot here in Texas. Easy too.  We all loved it!

This has a graham cracker crust along with some sprinkled on top too.  The filling is cream cheese, cool whip, cinnamon, sugar and apple pie filling.  The mixing will break down the apples, so don’t worry about them being too big.

Do you love Apple Pie?  Do you love Cheesecake?  If so, you will love.love.love this!!

Rock on!

  3. Wow, that looks so easy and yet so delicious. I love topping plain cheesecake with canned cherry pie filling, so now I’ll have to try this with apple pie filling mixed in. Thanks for sharing.
