Yup…here’s yet another breakfast crescent for ya.  It’s not like there are tons of this out there floating in internet land.  This one has turkey sausage, eggs and cheese.  Know what’s great about these babies?  You make more than you need, then heat them up in the morning for a quick on the go breakfast.

I made these when it was just me.  My daughter is out of town and I’m all my little lonesome.  Made a batch of 8, but only had 2 of them the day I made them.  I wrapped them up and put them in the fridge.  That was my breakfast for the next couple days when I was working.  I would wrap them up in a paper towel, pop them in the microwave for 20 seconds and I had me a breakfast with some protein.  Homemade at that.

These guys only take 15 minutes to prep and a total of 20 minutes top, to bake.  Not bad considering I was spacing them out over a period of days.  You’ll cook the eggs, add the pre-cooked sausage crumbles.  Load the eggs/sausage and cheese in a crescent and throw it in the oven for 12-15 minutes.  Fairly easy, right?

If you want another idea for a breakfast crescent, check this ONE out. It’s more of a breakfast pocket, than a crescent. But it has bacon and pork sausage in it.  Just sayin’.

Have you ever made a meal, specifically breakfast, in advance?

Rock on!
